Website Terms of Use

Version 2026-10-08

These terms apply to your use of dublayer.studio, operated by Dublayer ("Dublayer", "we"). They do not cover the Dublayer service itself: use of the service is governed by the written agreement we sign with each customer, together with our Voice Consent & Acceptable Use Policy and a data processing agreement.

1. A business-to-business website

Dublayer is offered to businesses only. By sending the quote form you confirm that you act on behalf of a business or as a professional content creator, not as a consumer. A quote is an invitation to discuss terms, not a binding offer; a contract exists only once both sides sign a written agreement.

2. Information on this site

We describe Dublayer as accurately as we can, but the site is for general information. Processing times, language coverage and quality depend on the source video and the languages chosen; figures marked as estimates are estimates. The binding description of what we deliver is in the customer agreement.

Demo videos on this site contain AI-generated speech and are shown with the permission of the people who appear in them.

3. Intellectual property

The Dublayer name and logo, the text, design and code of this site and the demo material belong to Dublayer or its licensors. You may link to this site and quote short passages with attribution. You may not copy the site, reuse the demo videos or use our name or logo in a way that suggests a partnership or endorsement without our written permission.

4. Acceptable use of the site

Do not try to gain unauthorised access to the site or its admin area, interfere with its operation, send automated or bulk submissions through the form, or use it to send unlawful or harmful content. If you find a security issue, please report it as described in our security overview.

5. Links

Where this site links to other websites, we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

6. Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence.

7. Privacy

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy and, for people in Türkiye, in our KVKK Aydınlatma Metni.

8. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices at Dublayer's registered seat have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you have under the law of your country.
